Care in every detail

Every sweater is more than just clothing. We pour our hearts into each piece, and we want you to feel that care. That's why we include a gift in every package — knitwear shampoo. It's our way of saying 'thank you' and making it even easier to care for your favorite pieces.

  • Hand wash

    1. Pour the knitwear shampoo into lukewarm water (10–20°C / 50–68°F).

    2. Gently swish the garment in the water with slow, unhurried movements. Then carefully rinse 2–3 times under a gentle stream of water.

    3. The drained water should be clear and free of soap.

    4. Remove excess water by placing the garment in the washing machine on the "Rinse & Spin" cycle, using no more than 400 RPM.

  • Drying

    1. Dry the garment flat on a mesh drying rack.

    2. During drying, you may place a thin towel or sheet underneath the garment. Do not use a terry towel — the garment will take too long to dry and may develop an unpleasant odor.

    3. Dry away from heating appliances and direct sunlight.

  • Ironing

Merino wool garments are so unique that they don't require ironing. However, if you do need to iron them, here are our recommendations:

    1. Use a steam iron and set it to the 'wool' setting.

    2. Do not glide the iron over the garment. Instead, press the iron down on the area for a few seconds, then lift.

    3. Repeat as needed until you achieve the desired result.

    4. For 100% merino wool items, first cover the garment with a damp towel to protect the fibers.

  • Storage

Store merino knitwear folded. Do not store on hangers, as this may cause the garments to lose their shape. During the summer season, store your pieces with lavender or cedar balls to repel moths.
