Ready-made items that are in stock may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The item has not been worn and shows no signs of use.
• The item retains its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns are made at the customer's own expense.

Custom orders (made to order):

We create pieces fully tailored to your measurements, therefore:

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications.
• Each piece is made according to the agreed parameters, including size, color, and design.
• Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• If needed, the customer may clarify details or request adjustments during the approval process before production begins.
